“Kim is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I had my first consult with her a few weeks ago, at which she gave me several tips and tricks that were incredibly helpful to strengthen my pelvic floor. She talked me through some self assessment as well, which is how I discovered I have diastasis recti. Due to my weight, I haven’t seen my abs in years, so I had no idea. I left her office feeling confident, with the tools she’d given me, I can now fix my weak pelvic floor, prolapse, and even my diastasis recti. Kim’s friendly open demeanor made asking questions that much easier, and she always answered them in a way I could understand without me feeling talked down to. That is why I highly recommend Maternal Feed All.”

Recuperation of Pelvic Floor

Why does a healthy pelvic floor matter? Pelvic floor dysfunction can contribute to urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, low back/pelvic pain, pain with sexual activity….just to name a few. We are here to help you identify your specific pelvic floor needs and assist you in forming a plan. Referrals to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist given as needed.

Avoid Complications of Diastasis Recti

Everyone wants to help hold the baby, but no one wants to talk about how to care for the postpartum body. We teach you how to check for diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) and create a strong functional core to improve it. Referrals to a physical therapist given as needed.
